This Privacy Policy applies to KNOT app operated by KRUXWorks Technologies Private Limited ("KRUXWorks", “KNOT”, ”WE”, “OUR”, “US”) for iOS and android devices and its interaction with INTERNET OF THINGS (IOT) devices through our KNOT services. Please read this carefully to understand our policies and practices regarding your information and how we will treat it. If you do not agree with our policies and practices, you can choose not to use our service. By accessing or using our services, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

Personal information is data that can be used to identify or contact single person and availing various services we provide time to time through our mobile application, we may collect your name, address, email, phone number, gender, and other personally identifiable information (collectively “Personal Information”) through mobile application. We may seek additional information for new services that may be offered by us from time to time. Our primary goal in collecting personally identifiable information is to provide you with a smooth, efficient and customized experience. This allows us to provide services and features that are most likely to meet your needs, and to customize the Mobile Application and our Services to make your experience easier. We may be required to disclose your Personal Information to the government, law enforcement agencies, or third parties under certain circumstances.
As a matter of policy, we do not sell or rent any Personal Information about you to any third party.

5. Third party services

Location Service The KNOT App automatically retrieves the User's geographic (e.g., GPS) location through his mobile device every time the User is in reach of his KNOT Devices (“Last Seen Position”). Such information will be properly encrypted and anonymously sent by the User's mobile device to our server and will be used to update the last seen geo-location of such KNOT Devices without ever referring which User shared such location.

If you do not want us to use your location for the purposes set forth above, you should turn off the location services for the KNOT App, located in your mobile phone settings.

6. Feedback

We may use your feedbacks submitted on this app for any purpose without disclosing your personal information. We may collect any relevant information and process them as per this privacy policy.

7. Email Newsletter

We may use the email address to send User information and updates pertaining to their order. It may also be used to respond to their inquiries, questions, and/or other requests. If User decides to opt-in to our mailing list, they will receive emails that may include company news, updates, related product or service information, etc. At any time the User can unsubscribe from receiving future emails.
