By downloading, accessing and/or using the mobile application (the “App”) and its service (“Service”) owned by KRUXWorks you signify that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by all of the terms and conditions as set forth in this Terms of Use Agreement (“Terms”). KRUXWorks may change these Terms at any time and without notice, effective upon the posting of the revised Terms. Your continued use of the App shall be considered your acceptance of the revised Terms.
General
By installing the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please review them carefully before installation and/or acceptance.
Proprietary Rights and License
All trademarks, copyright, database rights and other intellectual property rights of any nature in the App together with the underlying software code are owned directly by KRUXWorks.
KRUXWorks hereby grants you a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free revocable license to use the App for your business and personal use in accordance with these Terms.
Data Protection
Any personal information you supply to KRUXWorks when using the App will be used by KNOT in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
Conditions of Use
The App is currently made available to you free of charge for your personal, non-commercial use.
KRUXWorks reserves the right to amend or withdraw the App, or charge for the application or service provided to you in accordance with these Terms, at any time and for any reason.
You agree that when using the App you will comply with all applicable Laws and these Terms. In particular, but without limitation, you agree not to use the App in any unlawful manner or in a manner which promotes or encourages illegal activity including (without limitation)
Copyright infringement.
You agree that you will not, nor allow third parties on your behalf to make and distribute copies of the App; attempt to copy, reproduce, alter, modify, reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile, transfer, exchange or translate the App; or create derivative works of the App of any kind whatsoever.
You agree to indemnify KRUXWorks in full and on demand from and against any loss, damage, costs or expenses which they suffer or incur directly or indirectly as a result of your use of the App otherwise than in accordance with these Terms or applicable Laws.
Accounts
When you create an account with us, you guarantee that you are above the age of 18, and that the information you provide us is accurate, complete, and current at all times.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and you agree to accept responsibility for any and all activities or actions that occur under your account and/or password.
You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content in our sole discretion.
Availability
This App is available for mobile devices with Android (5.0 and above) Operating Systems with necessary compatible hardware. KRUXWorks will use reasonable efforts to make the App available at all times. However you acknowledge the App is provided over the internet, uses compatible hardware and mobile networks and so the quality and availability of the App may be affected by factors that are outside the reasonable control of KRUXWorks.
KRUXWorks does not accept any responsibility whatsoever for unavailability of the App, or any difficulty or inability to download or access content or any other communication system failure which may result in the App being unavailable.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.
System Requirements
In order to use the App, you are required to have a compatible mobile telephone or handheld device, internet access, and the necessary minimum specifications.

Limitation of Liability
KRUXWorks is not responsible for the loss or theft of items tracked by KNOT.
In no event will KRUXWorks, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any direct, indirect, special, punitive, exemplary or consequential losses or damages of whatsoever kind arising out of your use or access to the App, whether or not in the contemplation of the parties, whether based on breach of contract, tort (including negligence), product liability or otherwise.
KRUXWorks is not liable to you for any damage or alteration to your equipment including but not limited to handheld device or mobile telephones as a result of the installation or use of the App.

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance. KRUXWorks does not warrant that any errors or defects will be corrected; that the Service is free of viruses or other harmful components; or that the results of using the Service will meet your requirements.
